Job summary

MEI is seeking an Accounting Systems Administrator (On-Site) in Albany, OR. The role focuses on administering D365 Finance & Operations and related financial systems, ensuring data integrity and effective controls within the accounting function.

You will support month-end close, reporting, and cross-department collaborations while optimizing processes and overseeing ERP upgrades and integrations.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent in information technology.
• Minimum four (4) years proven experience as Network Administrator or comparable field.
• Excellent interpersonal and project management skills.
• Ability to create and write clear, complete documentation of systems and procedures.
• Strong customer service orientation with ability to support, train, and communicate with users.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Must uphold confidentiality of financial records and access details.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience.
• Medius experience.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Experience as a Network Specialist and broad technical troubleshooting knowledge.
• Ability to use SQL commands to generate reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic administration, optimization, and roadmap of D365 Finance & Operations and related financial systems.
• Administer, maintain QuickBooks Server & Database.
• Manage user access, workflows, security roles, and financial configurations.
• Support integrations with Medius, Avatax, Concur, portals, banking systems, and internal apps.
• Set up new locations and acquisitions in D365 or lead integration activities for acquisitions.
• Lead ERP upgrades, integrations, and system implementations from planning through deployment.
• Serve as SME on accounting system requirements.
• Document solutions and create user guides; train Accounting staff as needed.
• Manage ERP security, audits, and data integrity/compliance.
• Coordinate with IT on patches, upgrades, integrations, and issue resolution.
