Job summary

OEConnection is seeking an ERP Business Systems Analyst to bridge Finance, Accounting, and Technology. You will support and improve our ERP environment, gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver system enhancements across the organization.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis and a strong understanding of Finance and Accounting processes. Dynamics NAV experience is preferred, with familiarity across Business Central, GP, or Serenic Navigator.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis or ERP application support.
• Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting processes including GL, AP, AR, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance and Accounting to understand processes and translate needs into ERP solutions.
• Support ERP configurations, workflows, troubleshooting, and ongoing improvements.
• Gather and document business requirements; collaborate with IT, developers and vendors.
