Job summary

CIRCOR is seeking an ERP implementation expert to design and deliver IFS Manufacturing Modules across ERP transformations. You will lead business process analyses and specify requirements to guide configuration, testing, and training for successful deployments.

With 7+ years of hands-on experience in IFS Cloud or similar systems, you will apply manufacturing process expertise (Plan to Produce, Procure to Pay) and collaborate to manage risks and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 7+ years of ERP implementation experience
• Experience with IFS Cloud or similar ERP systems
• Manufacturing domain knowledge (Plan to Produce, Procure to Pay)

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver IFS Manufacturing Modules (Discrete Manufacturing, Engineer-to-Order, Configure-to-Order, Shop Floor Reporting, MRP)
• Lead configuration of IFS Cloud and oversee testing and training
• Support change management and adoption of IFS Cloud solution
• Identify project risks and craft mitigation strategies
• Assist in sales cycles as a Subject Matter Expert
• Develop and deliver implementation training
