Job brief:
As a ERP Engineering Manager at The Weather Company, you will lead the back-office ERP development team, oversee system support and maintenance, and drive the annual roadmap of business and IT ERP projects. This role ensures the availability and evolution of the Oracle NetSuite ERP/WMS platform, supporting Accounting and Finance in managing P2P, O2C, and R2R workflows, data flow, and reporting.
You will act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, users, and the ERP Engineering team, providing transparency, governance, and technical expertise. Combining elements of Scrum Master and Technical Product Owner, this role offers opportunities to expand into broader IT product and service management.
