Job Description
REQUIREMENTS:
- Total Experience: 10+ years
- Proven experience in Oracle ERP Financials
- Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Cloud Financial modules:
General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM) - Strong understanding of financial processes and Oracle Cloud reporting tools
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to define functional requirements and design specifications
- Serve as a functional SME, translating complex business needs into scalable ERP solutions
- Experience in client-facing roles, business requirement gathering, and gap analysis
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and coordination skills for working with globally distributed teams
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understand project requirements and the business context of the application being developed. Document validated requirements with SMEs
- Engage with clients to identify testing scope, expectations, acceptance criteria, and test data availability. Collaborate with product owners to define and refine acceptance criteria
- Prepare test plans and strategies
- Estimate testing efforts, prepare schedules, assign tasks, and identify constraints and dependencies
- Manage risks by identifying, mitigating, and resolving business and technical issues. Analyze potential causes and consider alternatives
- Design and develop automated testing frameworks following project guidelines. Establish best practices for test automation
- Prepare test reports summarizing outcomes and recommend release readiness
- Communicate quality metrics, highlight problem areas, and suggest improvements
- Participate in retrospectives to identify root causes of quality issues and improve testing processes
- Conduct application demos for stakeholders
- Work with teams to triage and prioritize defect resolution
- Provide constructive feedback to team members and set clear expectations
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
