Job Description

REQUIREMENTS:

• Total Experience: 10+ years
• Proven experience in Oracle ERP Financials
• Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Cloud Financial modules:
  General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM)
• Strong understanding of financial processes and Oracle Cloud reporting tools
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to define functional requirements and design specifications
• Serve as a functional SME, translating complex business needs into scalable ERP solutions
• Experience in client-facing roles, business requirement gathering, and gap analysis
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and coordination skills for working with globally distributed teams

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Understand project requirements and the business context of the application being developed. Document validated requirements with SMEs
• Engage with clients to identify testing scope, expectations, acceptance criteria, and test data availability. Collaborate with product owners to define and refine acceptance criteria
• Prepare test plans and strategies
• Estimate testing efforts, prepare schedules, assign tasks, and identify constraints and dependencies
• Manage risks by identifying, mitigating, and resolving business and technical issues. Analyze potential causes and consider alternatives
• Design and develop automated testing frameworks following project guidelines. Establish best practices for test automation
• Prepare test reports summarizing outcomes and recommend release readiness
• Communicate quality metrics, highlight problem areas, and suggest improvements
• Participate in retrospectives to identify root causes of quality issues and improve testing processes
• Conduct application demos for stakeholders
• Work with teams to triage and prioritize defect resolution
• Provide constructive feedback to team members and set clear expectations
