Job summary
MCCPDC is seeking an analytical ERP & EDI Business Analyst to bridge business operations and technical teams. You will translate business needs into system solutions, configure ERP modules, manage EDI trading-partner integrations, and lead testing, documentation, and user adoption across finance, inventory, procurement, and billing workflows.
Responsibilities include gathering requirements, configuring ERP modules, onboarding EDI partners, mapping documents, and leading UAT and end-user training
Qualifications
- 3+ years of ERP/EDI business analysis experience.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications.
- Configure ERP modules across finance, inventory, procurement, and billing.
- Experience with EDI mapping, onboarding, and issue resolution.
- SQL and reporting experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate to functional specs.
- Configure ERP modules across finance, inventory, procurement, and billing.
- Manage EDI trading-partner onboarding and ongoing support.
- Support EDI document sets (850, 810, 856, 820).
- Map EDI documents and troubleshoot errors and data quality issues.
- Lead testing activities and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Develop end-user training and support reporting needs.
- Maintain system, process, and integration documentation for compliance.
