Mark Cuban Cost Plus Drug Company, PBC seeks an analytical ERP & EDI Business Analyst to bridge business operations and technical teams. You will translate business needs into system solutions, configure ERP modules, manage EDI partner integrations, and lead testing, documentation, and user adoption across finance, inventory, procurement, and billing workflows.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in information systems, business, or related field.
3+ years of ERP/EDI business analysis experience.
Experience translating business needs into functional specifications.
Experience configuring ERP modules.
Knowledge of EDI transaction sets (850, 810, 856, 820).
Experience with EDI mapping, partner onboarding, and issue resolution.
Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Experience leading testing activities (UAT preferred).
Healthcare/pharma experience (NCPDP/DSCSA) preferred.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements; translate into functional specs.
Configure and support ERP modules across finance, inventory, procurement, and billing.
Manage EDI trading-partner onboarding, relationships, and transaction setup.
Support EDI transaction sets (850, 810, 856, 820).
Map EDI documents and troubleshoot errors.
Collaborate with integration developers and stakeholders on solutions.
Plan and lead testing activities including UAT and defect tracking.
Develop and deliver end-user training for system adoption.
Support reporting and analytics requests.
Maintain documentation and support compliance requirements.
