Job summary

Chalfant Manufacturing is seeking a warehouse associate to support operations by transporting, organizing, and managing materials from raw inputs to finished goods. You will ensure accurate inventory transactions and alignment between physical and system inventory to support production and warehousing.

Responsibilities include loading and unloading, labeling, moving materials through ERP, and performing cycle counts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of warehouse/material handling or shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials between storage, racks, and vehicles.
• Shrink wrap and band materials to prevent damage during transport.
• Maintain flow of finished materials to shipping or storage areas.
• Stage materials for cutting, punching, bending, and welding per schedules.
• Tag and identify materials; prepare packing lists and bills of lading.
• Print and manage paperwork for shipping/receiving.
• Verify items and quantities against documents; perform cycle counts.
