Job summary

SkoFlo Industries Inc in Woodinville, WA is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to own purchasing, planning, and inventory control, leading a 5-person team and reporting to the Director of Operations. You’ll be hands-on with supplier negotiations and MRP ownership to keep production moving.

In year one, focus on vendor risk and migrating to a fully MRP-driven operation within Epicor Kinetic. This role balances strategic leadership with practical execution in a small manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in manufacturing purchasing, planning, or supply chain.
• Track record of driving ERP/MRP adoption on a team.
• Experience sourcing from machine shops and custom suppliers.
• Comfort evaluating new operational tools to improve efficiency.
• ISO 9001 environment experience preferred.
• Ability to travel for supplier qualification visits.
• Onsite role in Woodinville, WA with standard Monday–Friday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of buyers, planners, and inventory staff.
• Own MRP planning parameters and drive ERP adoption.
• Identify and resolve vendor risk through qualification and negotiation.
• Collaborate with Quality Engineering on supplier documentation.
• Own inventory strategy with day-to-day logistics.
• Analyze active SKU counts to identify standardization opportunities.
• Manage department budget and report supply chain performance.
