Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Supply Chain / Logistics Management, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in supply chain, materials, logistics, production control, or manufacturing operations.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and procurement workflows.
• Experience implementing ERP/MRP systems across a company.
• Strong organizational, planning, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ERP master data and transaction accuracy to support planning and reporting.
• Monitor inventory levels and publish status reports on availability and fulfillment.
• Coordinate with Procurement to ensure timely purchase orders and material availability.
• Verify material receipts and ensure accurate ERP transactions for movements.
• Schedule material deliveries and coordinate documentation for shipments.
• Interface between Operations, Procurement, Warehouse, and Shipping/Receiving to resolve issues.
• Coordinate customer shipments and verify billing information.
• Perform inventory reconciliations and support cycle counts.
