Qualifications

• U.S. Person per ITAR regulations.
• 5+ years experience in production control or similar role.
• 3+ years experience in supervising personnel.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Experience utilizing a comprehensive ERP system.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Commitment to confidentiality and integrity in handling records.
• Self-management skills: efficiency, urgency, adaptability and multi-project juggling.
• Leadership demonstrated in talent selection and development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel (pivot tables, vlookups).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan and prioritize purchasing activities.
• Oversee and adjust production schedules based on demand, capacity, inventory, and resources.
• Coordinate with operations, purchasing, engineering, and sales to maintain schedule alignment.
• Manage MRP processes to ensure material availability.
• Track and report key metrics to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable terms.
• Lead supply chain and communicate risks to leadership.
• Develop procedures for collecting and reporting KPIs.
• Conduct cost analyses, set benchmarks, prepare budgets, manage expenditures.
• Review planned orders, create purchase requisitions, and manage approvals.
