Responsibilities

• Analyze customer and sales data to surface actionable trends.
• Chase down why margin slipped and come back with a fix, not a theory.
• Tighten the reporting loop until bad news travels in hours, not weeks.
• Find the friction in the Carlsbad customer journey and bill it back to a fix.
• Run the post-mortem after a launch slips and bank the lessons, not the blame.
• Draft the business case that gets a relentlessly-kind initiative funded past committee.
• Own the relationship with the ERP Systems vendor so it stops being a fire drill.
