Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, with ERP exposure.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication.
• Experience applying Lean/Six Sigma to manufacturing or engineering processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP-driven process improvement projects across engineering and manufacturing.
• Analyze current-state workflows and design future-state processes in Epicor.
• Develop SOPs and training materials; monitor KPIs and benefits.
• Collaborate with IT, operations, and business users to ensure adoption.
