Job summary

ZF in Hebron, KY is seeking an OES Order Management Professional to manage and monitor customer orders, coordinate with various internal teams, and ensure on-time delivery while aligning with forecast goals.

You will leverage ERP systems, especially SAP, to analyze demand patterns and support cross-functional processes, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years order management or related experience.
• Strong ERP/MRP experience, preferably SAP.
• Knowledge of EDI and data analysis.
• High customer orientation with teamwork.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor customer orders and adjust delivery dates with customers' agreement.
• Coordinate with key account management and material planning to meet forecast goals and service levels.
• Ensure sufficient product availability in line with forecast through cross-functional collaboration.
• Support new product introductions, engineering changes, and part number changes with customers.
