Job summary

GHSP in Lexington, OH is seeking a Demand Data Specialist responsible for managing all incoming customer demand data to support scheduling of external supplier releases and internal production planning.

You will build positive customer relationships by tracking orders, coordinating with pricing, invoicing, shipping, and AR systems, and providing accurate forecast information to the sales and production teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with invoicing, scheduling, shipping and accounts receivable.
• Knowledge of production and inventory control procedures.
• Strong organization and independent working abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process and track customer sales order releases to ensure timely delivery of finished goods.
• Use customer systems to support and manage demand data, product pricing, and communications.
• Respond to customer inquiries or complaints regarding SRI products or services.
• Maintain records for assigned customer accounts.
• Assist material planning and production scheduling to maintain inventory levels and on-time delivery.
• Negotiate and identify solutions to customer concerns.
• Provide sales forecast data to sales and commercial teams.
• Assist plant in forecasting to support budget planning.
