Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of software development or IT/DevOps experience.
• Proficiency in C# and .NET; comfortable with expanding into unfamiliar parts of the stack.
• Exposure to CI/CD concepts and GitHub Actions.
• SQL experience, including query writing and basic troubleshooting.
• Hands-on administration of Windows Server (IIS, services, tasks, event logs).
• Interest in understanding ERP business processes and modules.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain ERP applications, integrations, and internal tools using C#, JavaScript, and the .NET platform.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions to automate build, test, and deployment of ERP applications.
• Administer ERP servers hosted on Azure Virtual Machines, including OS patching, sizing, backups, and security.
• Track server capacity and troubleshoot performance issues; coordinate with IT for infrastructure changes.
• Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and reports against ERP databases.
• Diagnose ERP issues and support users via the IT ticketing system.
• Collaborate with departments to gather requirements and validate changes before release; participate in code reviews.
