Job summary

As part of a cross-functional team, you will build advanced reports, SQL queries, and data extraction tools, while providing ongoing production support and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5–6 years of experience developing and supporting enterprise cloud-based applications, integrations, and reporting platforms.
• Proficiency with C#, Visual Basic, .NET Framework, Visual Studio, and multi-tier architecture.
• Strong SQL skills and database design capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for articulating technical solutions to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and enhance enterprise cloud-based applications.
• Create and manage application forms to improve user interfaces and functionality.
• Integrate enterprise applications with external systems using APIs and automate business decision-making.
• Develop scripts to automate tasks and boost system efficiency.
• Design and maintain advanced reports and dashboards supporting business decision-making.
• Create and optimize business queries for sophisticated reporting and data extraction.
• Provide ongoing production support by troubleshooting issues and implementing fixes.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
