Romac Industries is seeking an ERP Product Data Specialist to manage product structure data within our ERP system, ensuring accurate BOMs, routings, costing, and templates for production planning and execution. The role suits a data-driven, process-focused environment with strong analytical skills.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of related experience, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to read, interpret, and report on item data, engineering drawings, and instructions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience.
• Able to read, analyze, and interpret general item requests and engineering drawings.
• Able to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Intermediate math and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Initial entry and maintenance of item numbers and attributes, resources, routings, and bills of materials.
• Troubleshoot inventory problems involving bills of materials.
• Respond to Engineering requests for information on new products or modifications.
• Assist Sales/Service and Purchasing with item number requests for orders.
• Perform cost roll-ups and cost updates when required.
