Job summary

Romac Industries, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented ERP Product Data Specialist to manage and maintain accurate product structure data within our ERP system, ensuring correct BOMs, routings, and costing.

You will support production planning and execution, collaborate with Engineering, Sales/Service, and Purchasing, and uphold data quality across large data sets in a fast-paced environment. The position offers a stable daytime schedule (8:30am–5:00pm), competitive compensation, and a

Qualifications

2+ years of related experience.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general item requests and engineering drawings.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedures.
Intermediate math and problem solving skills.
SEQ experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Initial entry and maintenance of item numbers and attributes, resources, routings, and bills-of-material.
Troubleshoot inventory problems where BOMs are involved.
Respond to Engineering requests for information on new products/modifications.
Respond to Sales/Service and Purchasing requests for item numbers for orders.
Perform cost roll-ups and cost updates as needed.
