Job summary

Alliance is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support the Visual ERP environment, focusing on data integrity, reconciliation, and user training. The role emphasizes ERP administration and process improvement, with growth into broader business analysis over time.

You will work hands-on with SQL-based data, generate reports, and collaborate with stakeholders across departments to implement efficient processes.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience supporting an ERP system (Visual ERP experience not required).
• Strong data fluency: comfort with relational database concepts, table relationships, and joins.
• Willingness to learn manufacturing operations data (BOMs, work orders, routings, labor reporting).
• Strong troubleshooting instincts, attention to detail, and ability to communicate findings clearly.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills; works closely with analysts in-office daily.

Responsibilities

• ERP Administration & Data Integrity: review daily reconciliation queries and resolve anomalies.
• Investigate data issues and determine when to involve other departments.
• Research ERP functionality, validate fixes, and test new features.
• Manage ERP user setup, access, and license management.
• Coordinate with SQL DBAs, IT, and service providers on test databases and deployments.
• Provide training on Infor Visual ERP functionality and best practices.
• Support month-end close with timely costing anomaly resolution.
