Job summary

Caelum Research Corporation seeks an ERP BA Associate – Data Quality to support data quality for Army ERP systems at Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL. The role interfaces with client stakeholders to define requirements, monitor data quality, and guide data governance across GCSS-Army, LMP, GFEBS and AESIP.

The ideal candidate has Army logistics background and experience with ERP data, metadata, and related tools, collaborating across teams to ensure accurate data and effective migrations.

Qualifications

• Army logistics background required.
• Experience querying and analyzing data from various sources using SQL, Python, PySpark, Vantage to process large datasets.
• Ability to adapt to changing environment and manage multiple tasks and projects.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for stakeholder management and Working Groups.
• Understanding of ERP interfaces and dependencies.
• Knowledge of Logistics Enterprise transformation to ERP-dominated environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in defining solutions to support identified metrics and monitor ERP data quality.
• Review and develop data governance procedures and improvements to data standards.
• Enforce enterprise data management and data integration processes.
• Analyze data issues across the enterprise and assess impacts.
• Support data migration efforts and future migration requirements.
• Use qualitative and quantitative techniques to measure data quality and effectiveness of data in business processes.
• Collect and translate requirements for business projects; guide developers.
• Evaluate data collected by project teams and document functional rules.
• Prepare functional specs and user guides for end users.
• Develop briefings and reports for the customer.
