Job summary

Deltek is seeking a skilled ERP data migration leader to design and implement migration strategies for enterprise customers. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through structured workflows and ensuring compliant, high-quality delivery.

You will own data migration projects, leverage reusable tools for efficiency, and collaborate with a global team, including consultants, project managers and partners. You will drive QA and continuous improvement while mentoring juniors.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of ERP Data Migration experience.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specs.
• Proven client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of ERP data migration.
• Act as trusted technical advisor guiding structured migration workflows.
• Own data migration projects delivering high quality results with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate across a global team including consultants and partners.
• Support change management and governance through standardized QA protocols.
• Apply AI-first methods for requirements analysis, specification generation, code review, data mapping, testing, and doc creation.
