Job summary

Deltek in the United States seeks an experienced ERP Data Migration lead to design and implement enterprise data migrations, leveraging templates, mapping libraries, ETL processes and validation protocols.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, manage projects with minimal supervision, and collaborate with global teams, including consultants, project managers and cloud operations, while applying AI-powered tooling for requirements, code review, testing and documentation creation.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years’ ERP data migration experience with templates, mapping libraries, ETL processes and validation.
• Deep functional knowledge of ERP platforms and data conversion best practices.
• Excellent client-facing communication, including presenting to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP data migration design and implementation for enterprise customers.
• Act as trusted advisor guiding clients through structured migration workflows.
• Own data migration projects with minimal supervision and high-quality delivery.
