Job summary

Deltek is seeking a senior Data Migration Lead to design and implement ERP migrations for enterprise customers. You will act as the trusted technical advisor, ownership owner, and primary contact for migration projects, guiding structured workflows and assuring quality with AI-enabled tooling.

The role requires 5–8 years of ERP data migration experience, deep ERP knowledge, and strong client-facing communication skills, including senior stakeholders. US citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years' experience in ERP Data Migration with templates, mapping libraries, ETL processes and validation protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP data migration design and implementation for multiple customers.
• Serve as primary technical consultant guiding structured migration workflows.
• Own data migration projects and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Utilize AI-first methods for requirements analysis, specification generation, testing automation, and documentation.
