KData AI is seeking an experienced Data Migration Lead to support the OPGT Dynamics 365 implementation program. The successful candidate will define, manage, and lead the end-to-end data migration strategy and execution across Dynamics 365 CE and F&O, ensuring seamless migration of data from legacy systems into the target Microsoft platform.

Ability to translate data across legacy and target systems.
Experience with Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and F&O.

Responsibilities

Familiarize with program's data landscape, risks, and dependencies.
Own end-to-end migration plan from legacy systems to Microsoft platform.
Lead source-to-target mapping, transformation, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
Collaborate with client SMEs to define migration requirements.
Oversee migrations, validation, and post-migration reconciliation.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and risks.
Translate data model changes into a controlled migration approach.
Oversee data quality assessment and remediation.
Provide migration governance and status reporting.
Mentor project team on migration best practices.
