The role ensures data is accurately extracted, transformed, and validated for use within the new ERP environment.

  • Data Extraction & Integration: Independently extract and integrate complex datasets from multiple legacy systems and disparate text file formats to support migration workstreams.
  • ETL & Data Transformation: Utilize advanced Excel functions to clean, map, and transform raw data into upload-ready formats for Oracle Cloud.
  • Database Integrity & Maintenance: Perform regular audits and status reporting to ensure database updates are accurate and consistent with business rules.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data anomalies and quality issues using error detection and process improvement strategies.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as a technical point of contact for data-related inquiries, working closely with Technology Operations and Supply Chain leadership to maintain project timelines.
  • Compliance & Standards: Enforce master data management policies and standards to ensure long-term data health following migration.
