Job summary

NetJets, the global private aviation leader, seeks an engineer to drive an ERP transformation across Finance, Procurement, IT, and audit stakeholders. This role combines software-engineering discipline with ERP expertise to solve enterprise problems, protect operational readiness, and deliver business value.

You will design, develop, and integrate software applications and data solutions, lead delivery teams in Agile environments, and govern data conversion work products with automation-minded

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • 4-6 years of experience with software, ERP, or data solutions.
  • Experience designing or implementing enterprise applications, cloud services, or data solutions.
  • Familiarity with load/integration mechanisms and controlled data migration tooling.
  • Knowledge of Agile delivery, testing, and disciplined documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Create, enhance, test, maintain, support, and operate software apps, services, configurations, integrations, data solutions, and ERP platform capabilities.
  • Provide technical leadership for delivery teams and contribute to design, development, configuration, integration, testing, and documentation.
  • Deploy and deliver solutions through iterations using automation and release practices while ensuring quality, security, resiliency, and readiness.
  • Collaborate across delivery teams, stakeholders, partners, and support teams to ensure value and manage risks.
  • Demonstrate leadership by owning commitments and delivering outcomes aligned with corporate goals.
  • Work in an agile environment to deliver value and continuously improve engineering, configuration, testing, and support.
  • Define and govern reusable ERP data conversion work products including conversion inventories, specs, transformation rules, mapping, templates, reconciliation, and cutover runbooks.
  • Use automation-minded practices to improve profiling, validation, cleansing, migration, reconciliation, defect triage, and mock-conversion across environments.
  • Partner with source-system, integration, reporting, Finance, Procurement, audit, and SI teams to remediate data quality at source.

Purpose of Position

This ERP transformation role combines software-engineering discipline with ERP expertise to solve complex enterprise problems, protect operational readiness, and deliver business value across Finance, Procurement, IT, and audit stakeholders.

Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Create, enhance, test, maintain, support, and operate software applications, services, configurations, integrations, data solutions, and ERP platform capabilities that enable business operations.
  • Provide technical leadership for delivery teams and contribute to definition, design, development, configuration, integration, testing, documentation, and operational handoff of product capabilities in alignment with established technology and architecture standards.
  • Deploy and deliver solutions through frequent, controlled iterations using automation and disciplined release practices while ensuring quality, security, resiliency, and operational readiness.
  • Collaborate across the delivery team, functional area, implementation partners, business stakeholders, Internal Controls, and support teams to ensure business value is achieved and risks are managed transparently.
  • Demonstrate leadership and accountability by taking ownership of commitments, making evidence-based decisions, and delivering outcomes that support corporate goals.
  • Work in an agile team environment to deliver value iteratively while continuously improving engineering, configuration, testing, documentation, and support practices.
  • Define and govern reusable ERP data conversion work products, including conversion inventories, extract specifications, transformation rules, mapping workbooks, load templates, reconciliation evidence, and cutover runbooks.
  • Use automation-minded engineering practices to improve profiling, validation, cleansing, migration, reconciliation, defect triage, and repeatable mock-conversion execution across environments.
  • Partner with source-system, integration, reporting, Finance, Procurement, audit, and SI teams to ensure data quality defects are remediated at the right source rather than masked during load execution.

  • Ability to design CI/CD or controlled migration practices for conversion artifacts, templates, scripts, metadata, and environment-specific configuration where appropriate.
