Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Four years of related work experience with ERPs/CRMs or equivalent.
- Experience with SQL, 365 Online, APIs and BI tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid driver's license.
- Preference for Ellucian Colleague, Microsoft Dynamics, or higher education experience.
Responsibilities
- Provides technical and functional support for CRM and ERP systems.
- Develops, tests and maintains API integrations across college systems.
- Maintains data accuracy for mandated reporting and documentation.
- Analyzes problems and supports testing with vendors and other programmers.
- Assists with planning and training for new and existing systems.
