Job summary

Amazon is seeking an experienced ERP Controls and Security Manager to lead controls, security, and access governance for the Finance ERP transformation. The role partners with Accounting, Internal Controls, Information Security, Product, and ERP teams to embed controls across design, build, testing, and deployment.

The ideal candidate translates accounting processes, organizational structures, and regulatory requirements into auditable ERP controls, with responsibilities spanning access

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 8+ years in ERP controls, access governance, or related areas.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday.

Responsibilities

• Define role-based access and authorization requirements with SOD.
• Establish user provisioning, access approvals, privileged access, and certification.
• Design automated and configurable application controls across financial processes.
• Define SOD rules, evaluate conflicts, and support remediation of risks.
• Collaborate across Accounting, Internal Controls, IT, and ERP teams through design to operations.
• Ensure ERP designs meet ITGC, SOX, data protection, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead controls and security testing and audit-evidence readiness.
• Establish monitoring and reporting for access risks and control effectiveness.
