Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Project Management, Business Administration, IT).
• Proven experience managing Oracle Cloud transformation projects or similar ERP initiatives.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
• Ability to organize and express thoughts clearly.
• Ability to be a fast learner, execute tactical tasks, and think strategically.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio.

Responsibilities

• Project Coordination: Lead the planning and execution of Oracle Cloud transformation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Oversight and Monitoring: Oversee all aspects of project management, including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring project plans.
• Identify and raise risks/issues promptly, enforcing project governance and standards.
• Progress Tracking: Continuously track project progress against set objectives and timelines, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Team Collaboration: Motivate team members, coordinate activities, and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Resource Management: Allocate project resources and manage priorities to optimize execution.
• Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholder expectations, communicate status, and organize presentations.
• Reporting: Provide meaningful reports on project issues and resolutions, and collect status updates.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of project processes and ensure objectives are documented and approved.
• Facilitation of Meetings: Facilitate core team meetings to review program issues and risks.
• Problem Solving: Identify and remove bottlenecks, and develop strategic plans.
