Job summary

Taylor Corporation is seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead Oracle Cloud transformation initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budget, and ensure business objectives are met while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

The role requires a bachelor's degree, proven ERP project leadership, and solid knowledge of project management methodologies. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools is expected, and PMP/PRINCE2 certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as IT, PM, or business administration.
• Proven experience managing Oracle Cloud transformation projects or similar ERP initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams and drive accountability.
• Proven problem-solving skills and proactive approach.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of Oracle Cloud transformation projects aligned with business goals.
• Oversee project governance, set deadlines, assign tasks, and monitor progress.
• Track progress against objectives and timelines, adjusting as needed.
• Collaborate with team members and external implementers to enforce standards.
• Allocate resources and manage priorities to optimize delivery.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular status reports.
• Document processes and maintain role matrices for future programs.
• Facilitate core team meetings to address issues and risks.
• Identify bottlenecks and develop strategic plans to overcome challenges.
