Job summary

Minnesota Met Council (MetCouncil) seeks an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist to oversee change activities for ERP initiatives in a fast-paced environment. You will align change efforts with business objectives and develop comprehensive communication plans with leadership and project teams.

The role focuses on stakeholder readiness, adoption metrics, and knowledge transfer, with hybrid work and local candidate preference.

Qualifications

Five years of change management experience with demonstrated impact.
Certifications such as Prosci, ACMP, PMP, ITIL, ADKAR or SAFe are a plus.
Experience leading broad-scale change and managing diverse stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and analytic abilities.
Familiarity with tools and templates for measuring change outcomes.

Responsibilities

Develop change strategies and plans to support adoption of new processes and technologies.
Conduct stakeholder analysis and readiness assessments; tailor communications and training.
Execute change tactics (communications, workshops, coaching); minimize resistance.
Align change plans with project schedules and business objectives; monitor adoption metrics.
Facilitate feedback loops; document lessons learned and outcomes.
Coordinate with leadership to manage impacts and risks; provide knowledge transfer.
