Job summary

Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking an Enterprise Resource Manager CAPPS HCM (Manager VII) in Austin to oversee CAPPS HCM IT operations. You will lead the CAPPS HCM maintenance and operations, coordinate with the vendor, and drive system improvements within Oracle PeopleSoft.

You will partner with HHSC business areas for data requests, policy alignment, and security controls while mentoring staff and aligning goals with agency directives.

Qualifications

• Ten (10) or more years of ERP/PeopleSoft experience is required.
• Ten (10) or more years of Project Management experience is required.
• Five (5) or more years of contract management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for the CAPPS HCM IT Oversight Team with clear direction and performance expectations.
• Track legislation impacting CAPPS HCM and coordinate maintenance and policy updates.
• Manage data requests, determine data sources to meet customer needs.
• Hire, manage, and develop staff with effective development plans and evaluations.
• Perform duties to maintain and support IT operations.
