The role requires 5+ years in ERP/enterprise applications, hands-on ERP platform experience (Sage X3, Navision, SAP), and strong collaboration with business leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of ERP and enterprise applications management experience.
• Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as Sage X3, Navision, SAP, or similar.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with application integration, system customization, and vendor management.
• Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL).
• Excellent communication and collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage ERP systems such as Sage X3, Navision, or SAP, including upgrades, customizations, and vendor relationships.
• Oversee performance and reliability of all business-critical applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues in a timely manner.
• Lead integration efforts across applications to drive enhancements.
• Design and maintain BI tools, dashboards, and reports for data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with leaders to assess system needs and optimize technology usage.
• Drive user training, documentation, and change management.
• Ensure robust security, access control, and regulatory compliance.
