Job summary

OES Equipment, part of the DPR Family of Companies, seeks a Business Systems Analyst to bridge business needs with technology teams. You will elicit and validate requirements, develop process diagrams, and help implement ERP and related applications.

Responsibilities include creating documentation, assisting with testing, and supporting optimization efforts across cross-functional groups. 2–4 years of analysis experience and a relevant degree are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business administration, finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of business analysis, systems analysis, or process improvement experience.
• Experience documenting functional requirements and supporting tech implementations.
• CBAP or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, synthesize, and validate business requirements from users across groups.
• Define project scope, priorities, success criteria, and metrics with sponsors.
• Create scope documents, use cases, business rules, and process/data diagrams.
• Translate requirements into clear functional specs for development teams.
• Support testing and QA to ensure solutions meet requirements.
• Develop and present technical and process documentation as needed.
