Job summary

OES Equipment, part of the DPR Family of Companies, seeks a Business Systems Analyst to bridge business needs and technology. You will elicit requirements, model processes, and draft specs for ERP and related applications, guiding implementation and optimization efforts.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, support testing, and translate complex concepts into clear documentation. This role requires strong analytical skills and Office 365 proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, business administration, finance, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or process improvement.
• Experience documenting functional requirements and supporting technology implementations.
• CBAP or similar certification preferred.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and validate business requirements across multiple groups.
• Define project scope, priorities, success criteria, and metrics with PMs.
• Develop scope documents, use cases, business rules, and diagrams.
• Analyze requirements for completeness and alignment with systems.
• Translate requirements into clear functional specifications for development teams.
• Participate in QA to verify solutions meet requirements.
• Collaborate with software vendors and external consultants as needed.
• Review releases with Application Support; propose enhancements.
