Job summary

PlanIT Group, LLC is seeking a data reporting and supplier enablement specialist in Orlando to guide suppliers through SAP Ariba and External Integration Hub onboarding. You will collaborate with the Supplier Enablement team and external suppliers to identify appropriate contacts for onboarding meetings and tasks, and work with the EIH and SAP teams to ensure smooth processes.

You will maintain constant communication with suppliers, build strong relationships with supplier POCs, and schedule

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience with data reporting and MS Excel including Pivot Tables and formulas.
• Familiarity with SAP software and SAP Ariba Business Network is a plus.
• Strong understanding of supply chain and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead suppliers through SAP Ariba and External Integration Hub onboarding.
• Coordinate with Supplier Enablement and external suppliers to identify POCs for onboarding meetings.
• Collaborate with EIH and SAP teams and maintain supplier communications.
• Build and analyze reports in Excel to support onboarding progress.
• Provide daily updates on progress and challenges to the Supplier Enablement Lead.
• Support an agile operating environment and cross-functional teamwork.

Daily Responsibilities Will Include
