Job summary

viaPhoton, located in Naperville, IL, seeks a Business Analyst/ERP Consultant to bridge business teams and the Odoo ERP system. You will gather requirements, design solutions, and lead successful implementations onsite, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities include documenting processes, coordinating with technical teams, and supporting data migrations and integrations. A strong grasp of Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, manufacturing, and accounting is required, with AI tools usage encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience with Odoo ERP implementation as a Business Analyst or ERP Consultant
• Knowledge of Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Manufacturing, and Accounting
• Knowledge of Odoo API integration concepts with other systems
• Experience with Odoo migration or upgrade work
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
• Use of AI tools to improve productivity, analysis, communication, and problem-solving
• Certification in business analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or ERP systems is a plus but not required

• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization

About The Role

You’ll be the bridge between our business teams and our ERP system, gathering requirements, solving process challenges, and leading successful implementations. If you like understanding how businesses work and translating that into technical solutions, you’ll find real impact here.

What You’ll Bring

• Have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Have 3+ years of experience with Odoo ERP implementation as a Business Analyst or ERP Consultant
• Know business processes like Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Manufacturing, and Accounting
• Know Odoo API integration concepts with other systems
• Have experience with Odoo migration or upgrade work
• Can communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
• Use AI tools in your daily work to improve productivity, analysis, communication, and problem-solving
• Have certification in business analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or ERP systems (a plus, but not required)
