Lockheed Martin seeks a seasoned professional to design and customize SAP or PeopleSoft enterprise applications, and to coordinate requirements, testing, and issue resolution. You will serve as SME for processes and content, while guiding recruitment and performance management of a technical team.

The role emphasizes collaboration with senior stakeholders, and requires a strong foundation in SQL, VBA, AI Agents, and Power BI within defense industry contexts.

Qualifications

• SQL, VBA, AI Agents, Power BI required.
• SAP, COBRA, Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Ability to interact with high level personnel and work with minimal direction.
• Security clearance is desired for defense industry roles.

Standard Job Description

Manages the design and customization of SAP or PeopleSoft client/server enterprise applications. Understands content, processes, and procedures associated with implementing enterprise applications. Directs the writing of functional requirements, development of test plans, and resolution production issues. Works with developers to ensure requirements are being met. Serves as subject matter expert associated with content, processes, and procedures associated with implementing enterprise applications. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.

Basic Qualifications

• SQL, VBA, AI Agents, Power BI
• SAP, COBRA, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Work is performed without appreciable direction
• Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignment
• Ability to interact/collaborate with high level personnel in the organization

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $116100.00 - $215700.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
