Job summary

The ERP and Business Intelligence Project Manager leads technology projects involving ERP systems, Power BI, Power Apps, and Microsoft infrastructure. This person manages project schedules, resources, support tickets, vendors, risks, and communication.

The role requires strong technical understanding and the ability to turn business needs into clear project plans. The Project Manager also reviews support data, identifies recurring issues, and provides management with practical insights.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, business, or project management or equivalent experience.
5+ years managing technology projects with ERP or BI focus.
Experience with ERP upgrades, integrations, or process improvements.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead ERP, Power BI, Power Apps, and Microsoft infrastructure projects from planning to completion.
Define scope, objectives, milestones, budgets, and resources.
Manage schedules, risks, change requests, and dependencies.
Coordinate internal teams, vendors, consultants, and business units.
Review tickets, monitor aging, and drive continuous improvement.
Prepare management updates, reports, and risk summaries.
Lead requirements gathering and translate to specs and tasks.
Support ERP implementations, upgrades, integrations, and post-launch support.
