Job summary

Moss, a Vomela Company, is hiring an IT Business Analyst to bridge Operations, Sales and Finance with our ERP technology. You will work with leadership to understand goals and translate them into work for a technical team to build with confidence.

You will build documentation, manage roadmaps, and quantify technical constraints in business terms while maintaining accountability across initiatives. This is an onsite role in Franklin Park, IL with a strong compensation package.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in business analysis or related IT/business roles.
• Ability to produce a specification for engineers and stakeholders.
• Experience with ERP and CRM data models and cross-system tracing.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with site leadership and stakeholders.
• Shape rolling roadmap based on margin, growth, and capability gaps.
• Serve as the front door for technology requests, triage and route accordingly.
• Produce clear documentation for engineering teams and business partners.
• Explain technical constraints, risks, and costs in business terms.
• Maintain active initiatives with status, decisions, and dependencies.
