Job summary

ERCOT is seeking an experienced ERP Lead to join a small ERP team in Taylor, TX. The role focuses on architecture, design, and leadership across Workday HCM, Financial Management, Prism Analytics, and Cornerstone OnDemand.

You will guide cross-module initiatives, ensure data integrity, and mentor junior analysts. The position requires a minimum of five years in ERP-related work, with hands-on Workday and Cornerstone configuration and strong leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related work experience beyond degree requirements.
• 3+ years of hands-on Workday and/or Cornerstone configuration, administration, or development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, MIS, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Define and shape ERP product suite architecture across Workday and Cornerstone.
• Lead cross-module initiatives end-to-end and mentor junior analysts.
• Oversee security, data governance, audits, and vendor management for ERP systems.
