• 1–2+ years ERP support experience.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, test, and implement system improvements and upgrades.
• Troubleshoot issues through second-level support.
• Write queries and create SSRS reports; manage process automations using RPAs; develop documentation.
