Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor's in MIS, Business, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in business analysis, process improvement, or systems-related experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to collaborate with business users, project teams, and software vendors.
• Experience gathering requirements, documenting processes, and supporting project delivery.
• Customer-focused mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
