Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive IT applications experience, including leadership roles.
• Deep experience with ERP systems, preferably Infor XA.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the performance and reliability of the Infor XA ERP system.
• Partner with departments to optimize ERP usage and processes.
• Lead ERP support, enhancements, and issue resolution.
