• Experience developing reports, dashboards, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary business partner between functional departments and the ERP platform.
• Act as the functional SME for Oracle Fusion and related processes.
• Partner with Finance and Operations to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
• Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data extracts for decision-making.
• Investigate and resolve ERP issues through RCA and cross-functional collaboration.
• Support month-end/quarter-end/year-end processes and ERP upgrades.
• Lead UAT and support ERP enhancements and strategic initiatives.
• Provide end-user training on ERP functionality and best practices.
• Lead data governance initiatives for data integrity and security.
