Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking an experienced ERP Analyst specializing in Oracle Fusion to serve as the primary liaison between business units and the ERP environment. The role focuses on ensuring ERP supports financial and operational objectives with strong reporting and data governance capabilities.

The successful candidate will design and maintain analytics, collaborate with Finance and Operations, and lead testing and deployment of ERP enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business, finance, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years supporting ERP systems or enterprise tech.
• 5+ years hands-on with Oracle Fusion ERP.
• Strong knowledge of financial and operational processes.

Responsibilities

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000
Work Environment: Hybrid (3 days in Office, 2 days from Home)

Overview – ERP Analyst – Oracle Fusion

Seeking an experienced ERP Applications Analyst to serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the Oracle Fusion ERP environment. This role will ensure ERP technology effectively supports operational efficiency, financial performance, and strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities – ERP Analyst – Oracle Fusion

• Serve as the primary business partner between functional departments and the ERP platform.
• Act as the functional subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion and related business processes.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, and other business units to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and standardization.
• Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, analytics, and data extracts to support operational and financial decision-making.
• Investigate and resolve ERP-related issues through root cause analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end business processes through effective ERP system management.
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and support ERP enhancements, upgrades, and strategic initiatives.
• Provide end-user training and guidance on ERP functionality, workflows, and best practices.
• Lead data governance initiatives focused on data integrity, quality, security, and consistency across enterprise systems.
• Establish and maintain data management standards, policies, and governance frameworks.
• Automate and streamline data management processes to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy.
• Collaborate with technical teams on system integrations, configurations, and ongoing ERP optimization efforts.

Required Qualifications – ERP Analyst – Oracle Fusion

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience supporting ERP systems, business applications, financial systems, or related enterprise technologies.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP.
• Strong understanding of financial and operational business processes.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, and business analytics.
• Working knowledge of SQL, databases, ERP integrations, APIs, and related technologies.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions and process improvements.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and project management skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
