We are seeking a talented Operation Analyst to join our team and play a crucial role in implementing the MacPac ERP system across our network. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, with occasional travel to our corporate offices and manufacturing plants for training and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and standardize business processes across multiple corporate offices and manufacturing plants.
• Coordinate and interact with various disciplines, including Material Control, Systems Engineering, Quality Control, IT, Procurement, Material Managers, Production Schedulers, Supplier Schedulers, Inventory Control, and Logistics.
• Develop and implement phase-in/phase-out planning.
• Standardize processes enabled by IT solutions to achieve business efficiencies and critical capabilities.
• Implement metrics and tools to drive process standardization and business efficiencies.
• Identify and facilitate the creation and implementation of tools to support standard scheduling and material planning processes.
• Define and implement best practices and standard operating procedures for material planning and scheduling.
• Engage with key subject matter experts to ensure business processes leverage best practices and meet organizational needs.
• Facilitate data and system clean-up, including manufacturing orders, purchase orders, sales orders, parts master, bill of materials, routings, inventory, cost accounting, receipts, and shipments.
• Develop and maintain documentation for standard business roles and processes.
• Identify gaps and develop training documentation for consistent application across the business.
• Create presentations and effectively communicate process changes and new processes.
• Facilitate training for business leaders, super-users, and all business users on standard processes, metrics, and tools.
• Ensure compliance with all developed processes and resolve data anomalies across the supply chain network.
• Facilitate custom IT programming and solutions based on business needs, with an emphasis on supplier scheduling, inventory control, and customs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) or higher in Supply Chain/Operation Management.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in supply chain roles.
• Direct experience with MacPac ERP system, including expert configurator, custom queries, part master, physical inventory, customs, supply chain, procurement, inventory accounting, inventory control, material management, logistics, manufacturing engineering, product engineering, and development of custom reports.
• Experience identifying and troubleshooting data anomalies in MacPac.
• Experience with Mexico customs, stage-gate/phase-gate development processes, and project management is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office products, especially Excel, Word, Visio, Project, and Access.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven track record of influencing others.
• Ability to work on multiple projects with conflicting priorities and assignments.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time for onsite training and implementation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Continuous improvement or project management experience.
