Qualifications

• 6+ years in Manufacturing, Energy & Natural Resources, Consumer Products, or Professional Industries with operational knowledge of transformation value.
• Hands-on experience defining Agentic AI solutions with data readiness and measurable outcomes.
• Proven track record in product definition and delivery or leading business transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops and boot camps with business and IT stakeholders to surface AI opportunities.
• Define high-value Industry AI use cases with quantified value metrics.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle from discovery to deployment with prototypes and acceptance criteria.
• Deliver value rapidly by producing measurable customer value in production within weeks.
• Build Industry AI portfolio with reusable assets and documented value.
