Job summary

Wyld, headquartered in the Pacific Northwest, seeks an ERP Systems role in Oregon to manage and optimize the Sage Intacct ERP and related systems. You will implement strategies, support dashboards, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams to meet manufacturing and sales objectives.

The role requires 3+ years ERP experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to travel between sites. A growth mindset and teamwork are essential in Wyld’s fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Sage Intacct is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist users in ERP system use.
• Develop, recommend and implement strategies addressing company objectives.
• Provide functional and technical ERP support and monitor system health daily.
• Manage ERP configuration; support ERP and related issues.
• Gather requirements to customize ERP solutions for Wyld sales processes.
• Assist Salesforce-ERP integration and maintain communication between systems.
• Collaborate with Business Systems and external vendors to achieve goals.
• Test and implement ERP development changes with the provider.
• Ensure data protection, backup, recovery and business continuity planning.
• Co-lead ERP projects and diagnose issues to optimize performance.
• Integrate ERP systems with other key applications for reporting.
• Ensure ERP subsystems meet security and audit requirements.
• Travel between sites as needed.
